Return & Exchange Policy 

  1. All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, we only accept exchange for wrong order or damaged item(s) within 14 days (local orders) or 21 days (international orders ) of receiving the item(s). Otherwise, you are not eligible for free return or exchange and will be charged an additional shipping fee.  
  2. Return & exchange are only valid for purchase(s) made on our official ONLINE SHOP.  
  3. To be eligible for an exchange, returned product(s) must be unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. 
  4. We will process the exchange within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Please be patient. 
  5. Exchanged items cannot be re-exchanged / Items are only permitted for a one-time exchange. 
  6. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or items lost during the return process.
  7. We reserve the right to decline your return & exchange request. 


How do I place an exchange or return?
  1. Please email (Tell us your full name, order number, and detailed description of the repair ).
  2. We will send you a return form.
  3. You should print it out and mail us the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. 
  4. Once your return or exchange has been received and processed, you will be notified via email.

*Please return via a tracked service. 

*Please retain your proof of postage for your records, until we confirm by email that we have received your parcel.   

*Damaged or lost items cannot be refunded or replaced.

*We have the right to reject your warranty request if you do not follow our return process. 

* Please note that we DO NOT accept cash-on-delivey of your return item. 

What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

We are so sorry that you received a product different from the one you ordered. 

Please return the wrong order or damaged item(s) within 14 days (Local orders) or 21 days (International orders ) of receiving the item(s), return shipping cost will be refunded via the original payment method or as store credit.

What happens if I return late?

The cost of the return parcel will be borne by you if you return after 14 days (Local orders) or 21 days (International orders ) . We have the right to reject your return and exchange request. 

Can I exchange to another product ?

Unfortunately, you can only exchange the wrong order & damaged product. 

Can I exchange to different size of jewelry ?

Yes, you can only exchange to different size of ring.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

For all payment completed orders, we accept modifications or cancellations within 30 minutes of placing the order.
